Default Door dings - from the inside :-(

Hi,

I have a couple of dings to the inside of the passenger door caused by the seat belt clip not fully retracting and wedging between the seat and inside of the door as its closed.

I now have to warn all my passengers to be sure to retract the seat belt when getting out - not cool.

Seems like it would be a common problem - so beware.

Anyone any tips on avoiding this problem?

Cheers,
Snips

Tell all your friends that you have been told by the police not to carry passengers and they will have to travel in alternative transportation!

I've adjusted the sliding plastic clip under the belt buckle, so that the seat belt is pulled right up besides the headrest when it retracts, have had no dings since

Yes, I've done the same, as I found also that the passenger seat belt rattled on the door pillar when there was no passenger.
The best idea is not to allow any passengers at all, as they do make a mess of my black floor mats
