Default Front windscreen HELP

It always comes in three's, first it was our wheel problem then it was our window trim problem now it's our windscreen a stone hit the middle top right where the sensors are for the auto wipers headlights. It' has made a 4" crack.

So my question is auto glass are coming out on Monday to replace it but I am unsure about how good a job they will do and will it be a diect mini screen put on?

I am not happy...

Not sure if it helps but the Audi's screen was done earlier this year, they did a very good job but it was a non-OEM screen. It is a screen with no gadgets though and they were very precise in understanding what screen it was. It may be a case that it is OEM with options such as yours.

I hope so because the cooper cab had a new windscreen before we brought it and it was a crap job as the black plastic trim came away from the screen and wouldn't stick down again. I am going into Elms tomorrow about the other stuff so I will ask them.

Result!!! Autoglass are here fitting my new screen and guess what its OEM right on! plus replacing the shiney black trims on both sides of the screen as the clips break when taken off.

So all in all a top result...

Just hope its a good fit and finish when done will let you all know later.

Excellent news - that's answered one of my worries if the screen ever went on the car.
