Default R56 with stance and stretched tyres

Found these pics car is sitting on V-maxx coilovers and the wheels are 16x9 et30 Schmidt Modern Lines with what looks like standard tyres stretched, usually see these rims on slammed mkII golfs but think they work well on the MINI wonder what they'd look like on an R53

is that safe to drive with them tyres like that ,id be crapping myself just incase they came off

the ones in the pic i posted arent too far off what lex has tbh... the stretched look is all about show rather than go IMO - may not be a good idea to push too hard with proper stretched tyres but that may just be me being a big girl....
