Sounds like the JCW discs are the way to go then. Thought about getting them treated by Nitrac but can't really justify the expense at the moment. I thought I'd give the Mintex pads a try though and see what they're like. I'm not really intending to track the Mini again in the near future as I'm not sure if the exhaust will be too loud!
