Default Hey

Hey there,

I was prompted to join this site by some guy in a Golf queuing to get off the A14. He held up a flyer at the window

Was that you?

Anyway, inspired by his dedication to club promotion, I thought I'd sign up.

I took ownership of my ex-demo Cooper back in August and I love it.

I've wanted a Mini since they were launched. Always thought I'd get an 'S', but I've given up speeding (well, except when I'm out on my bike ) so the Cooper suits me fine.

It's in my favourite colour, has larger wheels, white bonnet stripes and the aero kit and I think it looks the biz. Judging by the attention it gets, I think other agree

So, hello everyone!

Hello Snips,

That was me (but in my Honda(work car)) and i'm glad you've come and said hello - you're car looked lush!

I was intent on at least showing you a flier, I thought everyone was going to get a little impatient with me as I kept leaving huuuuuuge gaps whilst waiting for your side of the que to catch up - don't worry, i'm no pshycopath.

Just FYI...we meet at the begining of each month around Essex/Suffolk so keep your eyes open in the planning section for Novembers meet. In the meantime, it'll be good to see some pics.

You did great, thanks for taking the trouble. I'd not quite read the website address correctly, so glad I've tracked down the right place.

Cheers.

My intended spec (as well as being an 'S') had been S-Lite wheels. But these came on the one available, and I took to them instantly.

They're not even as hard to clean as they look
