Default A new one with a Mini "Ring-Toy"

Hello to all.

My name is Rainer, lives in Germany and has a Mini Cooper JCW GP (1903) my "Ring-Toy" for the use on the Nürburgring Nordschliefe as "optimized" a little.

My Mini Cooper S JCW GP 1903 Northloop setup:

• KW club sport traversing gear
• KW traversing gear feathers Ø 60 mm 100/80 kg
• KW alu camps for variable camber setting
• Brembo GT Kit 320x28
• HAWK HT10 brake pads front + behind
• Stahlfelx brake air conduits front + behind
• Powerfelx sockets complete set in front + behind
• Wiechers rollcage with cross, roof diagonal, cross door longitudinal stiffening
• OMP dombar
• OMP control arm faces
• OMP RS seats
• Schroth belts pro II asm
• Suède steering wheel sparco R345 Monza
• Team Dynamics rims 7 x 17 ET38
• Federal Semislik RS R 595 215/40/17
• Hub bolt + wheel mothers of ISA Racing
• K+N airfilter
• 82°C cooling water oven
• Dead weight 1.160 kg
• Engine, Gearbox, Clutch, Supercharger, Intercooler, Exhaust: original JCW GP

Awesome ! Welcome to MCUK. Nice sig pic too

No plans to up the power.... ??? With the handling spec you've got I would have expected a newman cam, manifold changes etc too...

EDIT: Ha, I was watching that video just the other day ! Nice one

the load for the engine on the race track is very high and because of that the engine is still original (JCW GP).

The last two years there was no plan to power up the engine because if you power up you also need several changes like additional oil cooler, bigger intercooler, stronger clutch, quaife differential.

But maybe next winter some changes will come…

Fair enough, your car will have a tougher time on the Nordschliefe than on normal roads so thats probably a sensible approach

Sounds like a nice shopping list you're developing there

I was in the Internet in search of the Be-Kool FMIC and has found with google the link Be-Kool FMIC opportunity

Was your club trip to the "Ring" at Whitsun?

I stay there at Whitsun from friday till monday but on saturday morning my clutch thrust bearing disassembled itself into his components..

see 1. defect after 700 rounds on the Nordschleife
