Default Hi, new owner!!
Hi all, just brought my first BMW Mini (after owning two previous older Mini's), its a 2007 Mini Cooper - loving it and getting used to the differences compared to my previous car - Ford Focus!

Have been reading with interest the cold start noises, which is clearly cam related and seeing a BMW technical response of 'acoustic issues' tends to put my mind at rest, but once warmed up everything is fine, ecomony is good and very smooth !

Hi Mikey, welcome to MCUK. I hope you're enjoying your Mini ownership so far. My daily drive is a Ford Focus and I just love getting into my Mini whenever I can, so much fun!
