I became the new owner of a MK2 Cooper S in Sparkling Silver (hence the forum name!) last week.

I'm absolutley loving the car so far - it was the closest car I found to replicating the drive of my dearly departed Ford Racing Puma.

Aside from some bonnet stripes, I don't really have many plans for the car, just to enjoy it. I just need to ignore everyone in the office who says it's 'Metallic Beige' :P

I'd agree, but after all the expense and heartache with the FRP, I'm keeping this one standard (aside from maybe some black bonnet stripes... can't make my mind up)
