Default Hi new here, waiting for my new Cooper D
Hi I am new to the forum, I have just ordered my new Dooper.

Midnight Black
17" Crown Alloys Black
Chilli Pack
Sports Pack
Vision Pack
MFSW
Comfort Access


Wasnt sure I wanted a Mini to start off with, looked at several cars including Seat Ibiza, Citroen DS3, Volvo C30, VW Golf and Audi A1. My wife finally talked me into going for the Mini, so I had a look at some and got more to liking them. Finally took the plunge and confirmed the order today.

Now I can say, I am really excited about it, especially now I have joined this Forum and I see all the photos of the great Mini's everyone has and how much they love them.

Been told its an 8 week wait, but they are coming in earlier (probably sales talk )

Hello and welcome Was very impressed with the Cooper D I had as a courtesy car and yours seems like a nice spec! Where have you ordered it from?

Hey, warm welcome to the forum. Well done on the Dooper order, I bet you're hoping the next 8 weeks fly by! Sounds like a nice spec, Dooper's are great cars, I am sure you'll love Mini motoring.

Cheers everyone for the warm welcome and the comments. Yeah I am pleased with the spec, makes up for the fact that I can't really do any modding. Will have to just stick to things that can be changed easy and are not to expensive.
If anyone has any ideas for me, I am open to suggestions.
Was thinking abourt LED lights in interior and exterior, but obviously dont want the warning lights on all the time

Hello, and welcome to the club. Very nice sounding car you have, and your going to really enjoy missing all those stops at the petrol stations with the derv version.

I'm sure you'll find that there are several easy mods you can do to the car that can be put back at the end of the lease.
