Hi Donna, welcome to the forum, I live in East London however I have a good friend that lives in Anglesey and some others that live in Aberystwyth so I know Wales reasonably well. I was on Anglesey in May on my Harley and also in October in my Mini.

You have lovely roads in North Wales, where abouts do you live?

Enjoy your stay. post some pictures of your car as well and ask as many questions as you like.

Not far from Queens Ferry then, sometimes I use the A55 to go to Anglesey, my choice though is M6, M54 and then the A5 to get the best of the roads.

For the past 2-years the club had had a trip to France in the Summer, however there was some talk of either Wales or the English Lakes for next year, so we may be up your way!

yeh not far from Queensferry at all.

I've got to admit i've not driven the A5 for well over 2 years now :-( but will be doing so a lot this summer as i'll be spending a lot of time on Anglesey this year as we've got a Caravan in Penrhyn Bay near Valley.

And that trip sounds like a plan and a half lol there are some beautiful places.

Thanks Sef, i'm loving the black and blue mini btw

I've not been over that way much apart from Cemaes as my friend lives in Llangoed. I know Beaumaris very well and can recommend the Brasserie at the Bull Hotel and the Neptune is good for Fish&Chips on the ground floor or the restaurant on the 1st floor. The Ship Inn in Red Wharf Bay is also very good.
