Default My Mini Cooper S R53 WIP

Hi guys as i will be joining you lot for th efirst time at Trax this year i thought i should show my mini thread on here, i have only had the are a month and already been brutalising it, will try and have some new things done for trax, 25mm to top of tyres eibach springs (have DSC been advised should not replace strut or go coilovers) is top of the list i think now

Saturday 19th July brought the car home

put in the new pioneer headunit with my name on :P and spent ages gettin the interior lights all to match

GRS Motorsport Cooper S fast road brake kit with EBC green stuff pads

new halo side lights with silvatech indicator bulbs

and new JCW carbon fibre and alcantara gear knob off of ebay

went to bmw today and they said i didnt have full closure interface on my model but gave me full opening for wasting my time for no charge as that was available, will get the interface and do it myself soon

Well mate, at least the dealer gave you something for nothing! its not often that happens and that is where Elms Stanstead shine above the rest...

We also wanted full closure on a 05 model Cooper S we previously owned but alas isnt available on these R53 Models so we bought the total closure module from 'new MINI stuff' quite reasonably priced too and it worked a treat

wen u hold the unlock button on the remote key it opens all the windows and the sunroof

does the opposite wen u press the lock button and hold it for closure

total closure is the package for both of the above
