Funny enough they said they would get the dealer principal but no call back, Well I went to Elms today and looked at the boot scratches and after keeping my mouth closed, he said what would you like us to do "bingo" so for now he has cleaned up the scratches alos offerd the repaint the boot lid and going to re do the trims. Oh nearly forgot they have replaced the locking wheels nuts and repainted our damaged OEM alloy too.
Really why does it have to come to this...? by the end of this it will be 6 visits to the dealer which could have been 1 visit and a thank you
!

During my recent issues with chelmo MINI UK said that they would contact the dealer principal and get him to call me ASAP - that was ages ago and I still havent heard anything from them... actually thats not true, I got a letter saying that they were glad that I chose to buy a car from them and they hope taht their service would be something that i could share with others, then details of special owners area on website blah blah blah... this letter was actually quite insulting after what had been going on...
Hope you get a satisfactory resolution dude, i feel your pain
