Well......I am currently very, very pleased with myself, as I have managed to get another convert to the MINI scene.

Tom, whom I work with at the box factory, has successfully crossed over from a Corsa VXR to a MINI

Am off to the Leicester dealership with him on Sunday morning to pick it up & am really looking forward to it

Just need to get him to sign up to the club now, which I don't think will be that difficult....

Oh & maybe 'persuade' him to come along to the next monthly meet which happens to be.....oooo next Friday!!

Better not tell you what he has got just yet, as don't want to steal his thunder...........

See my 'Hello World!' post for proper specs, but I'm now the proud owner of a gorgeous black Dooper, and she's... amazing! Was a bit (totally) anxious (terrified) of going from a Corsa VXR with near 200bhp of turbo powered punch to a... er... diesel Mini with few more than 100 weasels under the bonnet... but she soon shut me up with a permanent smile on my face!

So yes, I plan to be at this meet on Friday to find out from the Pro's whether I made a good choice!
