Took advantage of one of the MCUK Member privileges and used one of the Free MOT Vouchers from the Elms Chrome Booklet at their Stanstead branch.

I have to say that the whole experience from booking through to getting my keys back complete with pass certificate has been a very pleasant process, so a big well done and thank you to Elms.

A big thumbs up to Mr Cooper who negotiated this unique offer with Elms and to the service team at Elms Stanstead for looking after me and Barry this morning. As it was absolutely lashing down we didn’t go and see the delights of Bishops Stortford; instead we waited in their very comfortable waiting area, were plied with coffee and had a good nose around the new and used BMW’s in the showroom.

Now all I need to do is work out which bank to rob so that I can make my purchase!

I'll echo those comments. They were superb when I took mine in for it's MOT. Very painless and the free wi-fi came in handy.

Haha the 'delights' are lots of coffee shops and now sporting a new pound shop!








But I thoroughly agree, elms stansted offers a great customer service, even cleaned and hoovered my Mini... Plus there's a lovely blonde receptionists
