After loosing one of my locking ones en-route to Wales and Nik finding a couple of his loose I'd recommend that you all check your nuts (wheel bolts that is). When I put on my new locking wheel bolts I found that a couple more of mine weren't very tight.

It's a 5-minute job to whip round them with a torque wrench!
