Looks like Im going to be getting a pressure washer in early june so this means i can go for some snow foaming

What do I need and where can i get it from ? im assuming a lance with a bottle for some soap and obviously the soap/cleaning fluid too... suggestions would be welcomed - cheapest/best value is what im after

ive seen a karcher snow foaming lance on ebay for £18 - is this pants or just good value ? alot of the others ive seen are like £50+...

What was the setup that Andy/Paul used at the detail meet ??

Dave a decent snow foam lance will set you back at least 50 sheets as karcher one are total crap ,try Clean Your Car - car care products UK thats the best place ,thats where mines from its worth spending the extra to get a awesome result

Dave,

I run an Interpump pressure washer and foam lance (pricey kit at over £500! - scratch that its now £850).

If you are looking at Karcher then you have a vast choice of units. Personally i would steer clear of the cheaper lances as they can break fairly easily. Try and find a good metal lance with a decent size bottle (not too big as you'll waste product).

Have a look at Pressure Washers

Thanks,

Andy

HD FOAM LANCE + 5L CHERRY SNOW FOAM on eBay (end time 08-Jun-10 11:53:18 BST)

thats mine, you can have with cherry or citrus and you have to say the end you want on it so when you choose your make you need to specify it, most are the Karcher DIY and the HD is the higher end, she makes them up, her names rachel she owns autoraechem (but its industrial cleaners on her site) and supplys VXRMark the most famous detailer in the UK who had the VXR and then the VXR Nurburgring and then the new Focus RS, great guy!

you get a litre bottle and the mix ratio for mine is like 38% snow foam and the rest warm water, i am glad she is now doing 25 litre drums i noticed, i think i will be purchasing!
