As I was pre 25 when insuring my MCS I had difficulty finding an ordinary insurer who would take me on. In the end Adrian Flux sorted me out with a pretty good deal and I was only paying slightly more than on my Cooper. Will be ringing round a few brokers now I'm 25 to see how much I can bring my quote down by... I shall keep you posted!

finaly sorted my insurance out and got it down from £2000 to £1100 and got money back because they didnt have a JCW GP on the system and put me down under a kit car (strange!) listed as a GP and was paying well over the top for the past months insurance but all sorted now and cheaper than internet quote!!

worth saying that you'll leave for another insurance company! its suprising what deals they can do if they think their going to lose business!

That's a bit better! I am glad you sorted that otherwise that would have defeated the whole point why you got rid of your white MCS!

Another thing I have heard of is people getting a quote with their existing insurance company as a new customer. In some instances it's worked out cheaper!

I am still happy with Adrian Flux, they seem pretty reasonable when it comes to adding mods to your policy. Paid and extra £40 for exhaust and 17% reduced pulley which seemed not too bad!
