Went up to 1320Mini today with Keano so that he could have his new cam fitted and a re-tune and Emily met us up there around lunchtime as she was treating her mini to a new set of rubber
I ended up having a dyno run while I was waiting around too.

Was a good day (even if it started very early for me lol) and shame that the rain started as would have been good to get some more pics of the cars all together.

Didn't get as many as I liked but here's a little selection anyway.

Back in the fold... but being tempted out again...

I was left a little disappointed... still nice numbers but i was expecting more from the janspeed and it has let me down...

Not sure at what rpms as the printer was all but out of ink but my peak values were 238.4bhp and 185.6lbft... managed to get over 200whp...

Managed to do a before run to check what the effect of the janspeed mani was and to compare decat with cat and well with cat in it made 1bhp and 5lbft...

cam and tune on their own got me about 17bhp which was along what i was expecting but 1bhp on the mani is piss poor IMO so am gutted not to be above 240 let alone anywhere near 250bhp...

I may end up getting a new charger with 15% pulley on, although my charger was boosting well...

Joe, I got 213bhp and 172.1 lb/ft so not a bad incease from the 204bhp that I got before the Miltek mani & ITG filter were fitted... so pleased with that

Must admit I was gutted for Dave as I can't believe that the Janspeed hasn't delivered any significant gains, if it had given him the figures that my Miltek gave me then he would have been near the 250bhp mark which is what I would have expected it to be running.

That's strange... My mani made me about 9bhp... Just the 1 is very odd... Maybe there is something wrong with the Mani? I'd have thought Dave would have been around the 245bhp mark...
