Default GRSmotorsport Front Mount Has Arrived!
Ok guys at last the front mount is here, pics not good quality I know Graham just been for a shake down, time for some testing.

I'll post more pics and spec later...

holy moly that is a big mutha ,i like it does it go any faster now? or is it more efficencey youve gone for

I haven't driven it myself yet, picking it up on Saturday. I said to myself I would be happy with a 5% power loss with this as I needed more cooling efficiency for track work. Usually when ragging the car for pre-longed periods the inlet temps hit 60C which means the car is retarding the timing and costing you power as it goes into safety mode. Graham went out yesterday and gave the car full beans but couldn't get the inlet temps to go over 20C so mission accomplished there really.

I'd be happy with 265 bhp on the rollers.

It should make interesting viewing on Saturday to see what gains this could make. This could even shape the future of the most powerful MINIs but I'm not sure I'll see many people wanting to give up their air con. Who knows!

It does look pretty mean just hiding away behind the M7 grill.

I can't remember who it is that mostly drives around with their window open can you Emily?
