Thought I would start this thread for a little fun. I am having a couple of modifications fitted to the car tomorrow and will be finding out my bhp. So my question is how many bhp do you think my will car have after the mods?

The car:
2006 MCS
19000 miles on the clock
170bhp (advertised as standard)

The mods:
Alta V2 induction kit
New spark plugs
17% reduced supercharger pulley
JCW cat back exhaust

The car has never been on the dyno so I am really looking forward to seeing what power gains I get. I'd be happy with 200+ horses!

208 i reckon

Easy more than 200!

I'd say 216bhp

My cooper s is an 03 with the standard 163hp

The first mods which i had fitted last year were

Alta V2 induction kit
New spark plugs uprated
15% reduced supercharger pulley ( with pulley protector)
Bluefin remap

The R&R results in october last year were 214bhp

I dont think you will get much from the Alta induction or the JCW catback apart from the sound, i think i would of gone for the Janspeed mani first before the cat back.

since those first mods, a Janspeed mani + Miltek catback and a JCW GP works

I think you should hope for 210+ being that you have opted for the 17%
