Hi,

Can anyone tell us what parts we need to get to fit a glove box into our Mini? It's just got the standard shelf on both driver and passenger side but we want to add a full glove box with door to stop stuff going everywhere every time we go round a roundabout etc on two wheels!!!

You should be able to find the BMW part numbers on real oem - link here Select your car, model and year from the list, and then browse parts.

Glove boxes are under Vehicle Trim, and the sub menu dashboard mounting parts.

There are also some 'fitting a locking glove box' details over on MINI2 that might help here. - not sure if you need to be a member to get to this, let me know if you have any problems and I'll email details that may help.

We now have a glovebox on its way to us and I will be fitting it next week all being well.

Yay! Adding a glove box to my Cooper was nearly my favourite mod! No more spilling CD's and stuff everywhere when you go around corners!
