Who has goog or bad experience with the Sprintex Supercharger swap-out system?

A few people are running these now. Some guys in Australia have been pleased with the results. As I have a front mount, one pipe would have to change as I don't have IC horns anymore, so would need some work to ensure correct fitment. Having said that the 10 year BMW agreement with Eaton ends shortly, so we'll soon see brand new M45s available again.

Two cars with these fitted have gone pop. At this time I believe that only four kits have been purchased and that includes the two that went bang. (this doesn't include the one 1320 have on test)

Seems that there are arguments about the cause of the engines going south.

Sprintex and or the tune...

Interesting stuff, not heard of any going south. Shouldnt be the Sc's fault surely as they boost to lower levels dont they, so less pressure/strain on the engine ?
