Default Suspension Help

Hi all,
im looking at buying coilovers and already pretty much have a set to get however im having some serious peoblems in finding somebody to fit them so far ive rung round all my local garages and the only place that will do them is honda and they wanted £345 also just got off the phone to 'AMD Essex' and they quoted me £200 still a little bit more than i can afford to be honest. i was told they would charge me nearer £100...any ideas?
