Default dave.f induction kit

Can someone explain what this is, i understand the induction kit but ive not seen this one before?!

Also where can i get one, and what would it do to my cooper s?

Basically it is a redesigned air box/intake thats open to intake air from the cowl area in front of the passenger side, much the same as the JCW air box for the Cooper S only it has a K&N air filter and an always open flap (i.e. no flap - the JCW air box has a flap that opens at 4.5krpms; below that level the intake works the same as the standard S intake; above that level it allows air in from the cowl area).

It will let your car breathe better, give a little more power, make the supercharger whine louder and may even make a slight positive impact on fuel consumption...

I disagree my fuel consumption got worse because I love the noise lol

They are a peace of cake to fit I can do it for you but if I can do it so can any1 lol

great bit of kit really good for the money and supercharger whine is off the chart but that noise gets drowed out when you add on the janny manni oooohhhhhh yeah dig it

great bit of kit mate , charger whine is awesome and throttle responce is much better than standard , fantastic bit of kit for the money

I LOVE the whine it makes........hence my fuel consumption went down too....
