easiest thing to fit in the world dont worry, i fitted one for spoony on here like 3 weeks ago took me ten minutes as he didnt get it either, old one pulls off, the old nuts are not needed, get the new gril, poke it through the existing holes and then get the new nuts and push them onto the cross pegs as hard as you can and they will stay on and then nip them with a socket to make them bite the peg.

well done mate, glad you got it on, looks really good!

yeah mark bring a set with you to a meet and i dont mind doing it, spoony's looks the dogs, he randomly turned up and was telling me about it and i was like take me to your house i'll bloomin do it lol it looks great!

i'd say hour tops to do it all, like remove the bumper and glued lower grill properly and get rid of all the glue, i also put electrical tape all inside as when you put the cades grill on you can see the bumper behind and it looks a bit dodge so i black it out

Yep, pretty much lol

The lower bumper strip was a bitch to get off, make sure you take a flat head screw driver to anchor it off
