Milltek's do sound great on the R53, I prefer them to the JCW exhausts. Nice one Paul!

Miltek gets the thumbs up from me too, lovely piece of kit even on the R56. Although the R53s do give more pop and bang.

Yes 1320 do fit exhausts... They are based near St Neots...
