Default Brake Pad Renewal

Hi all,

How long would you look to expect a set of pads to last on an R53? It's not driven very heavy on the brakes at all, and only done 37k miles, the first 18k of which were mostly on a motorway.

Thanks

Standard OEM's Marc, not too many back roads...tend to drive without brakes to be economical.

How much are you looking at for a standard OEM replacement?

&

What aftermarket options are available and worth having for normal road use?

i'd just stick with stock items dude for the driving you'll do it isn't really worth spending more. GSF have the pads for £35 but i'm sure a local motor factors might be a tad cheaper. really easy to fit i'd say 30-45 min job tops

I'll soon be having my brakes changed... My pads still have plenty of meat left on them... Front disks are fairly new too (if yours are getting near their limits)...
