Default spare wheel?

Hey everyone

well i usualy have run on flats on the car but have changed my wheels for summer ones which are just normal tyres. is there a way of keeping a spare wheel in the car somewhere? if not any other options?
also on changing the wheels i noticed a big change, dont know if this is because the run on flats need pumping up, whats peoples thoughts on run on flats?

thanks

When I got mine I took the option for a Spacesaver spare, which for me is really handy as I'm currently running 18" Wheels with 215/35x18 Tyres, however the rolling radius is the same as the standard 15" wheels so the spacesaver can still be used, this is stowed under the boot floor. Not sure what the cost would be to source this option though.

I've heard on several forums that the ride quality is better without run flats
