Default Dodgy chip repairs

I'm currently running a Leon FR which has some rather nasty stone chip repairs. It seems that the previous owner thought that any red would do. Is there an easy way of removing these repairs? The paint is raised so wasn't done correctly in any case.

Any advice on the above will be greatly received.

I would say gently flat away the bad colour paint repair and touch up in the right colour, possibly the paint was right but on the repaired area may of changed the overall look
