You will probably get a more detailed response from one of the experts on here however Snow Foam is a cleaning agent that has to be applied by either a special lance on a pressure washer or a special attachment on a normal hose. The chemical creates a foam spray that covers the car as if it's covered in snow, the foam "soaks" off dirt and contaminates without stripping off the wax and is left for 5 - 10 minutes to do its work before its rinsed off. A normal wash afterwards and the car is then ready to be polished and waxed.
