Paul and Andy will give you the full SP, however from memory: -

The wheels were thoroughly cleaned with a Blueberry cleaner if I remember correctly and de-tarred whilst the Bodywork was sprayed with a citrus spray whose function I can't remember but had a lovelly smell. The car was then snow foamed with great attention being taken with the shut lines, guttering and waste line as well as wipers and trim around the wipers,

This was then rinsed off and the car was hand washed using the two bucket method and then rinsed and dried with the hot air dryer (must get the details of that from Paul as that would be ace with the bikes!).

As the car is only a few months old it was felt that claying wasn't required however a very light machine polish was carried out on the whole vehicle.

Dodo Juice - Lime Prime was used to prepare the surface for waxing however as the weather had changed the wax treatment was changed as it was now too cold for the original choice so a good layer of Collinite was applied.

The wheels were sealed with wheel guard and the exterior plastics were treated to a dose of Meguiars - All Season Dressing.

The tyres were dressed whilst the carpets were removed and the interior plastics cleaned with a Chemicals Guys interior cleaner that shines but doesn't leave a greasy feel. The interior was completely hoovered and then treated to Chemical Guys - Fabric Guard (seats and carpet), this had to dry for 15-mins after which the mats were replaced these had also been treated with fabric guard.

The finishing touch was a quick spray of Chemical Guys - So Fast (Apple) air freshner and the job was done!!!

So a bit more then a Summer detail but not really a paintwork correction detail either, more a new car prep for a lazy owner who wants his car to look nice without having to spend too much of his own time cleaning it as he has a Harley-Loadsachromeason and a Triumph to look after as well.

Thanks to Paul and Andy for their attention to detail and responding to my initial request for advice, if I've cocked up the sequence or products used please correct me.
