Default DNA Detailing - Full Correction Detail

Hello again,

DNA Detailing are please to offer our Full Correction Detail! This is a service which aims to achieve the perfect finish for each vehicle, providing the original paint is in a workable condition.

Like our other details, we start by giving the vehicle a thorough wash and full decontamination from all debris attached to the paint surface. Once this stage has been completed we set about taking paint thickness measurements to determine if the car is safe to machine polish. All work post readings is dependent on the paint depth, if the thickness is deemed too thin we would consult you and advise on alternative services.

Providing all the measurements have passed our approval, the machine polishing can start. We carefully tape all of the exposed trim of the car and find a suitable polish by working down the abrasive grade. We balance total paint thickness with level of defect removal and level of paint removed, in most cases we can achieve a 95%+ defect removal rate leaving a flawless finish. This process alone can take between 6-10 hours depending on the condition of the paint.

Once the paint has been corrected we apply a wax/sealant to protect and enhance the paint, this choice is the customers however we give advice depending on colour.

All of the plastics are protected with 303 Aerospace protectant, the wheels cleaned and sealed with a temperature resistant synthetic wax, and all finishing items detailed.

The total time for this service is between 8-14 hours and costs £150 for all MiniClubUK members (MINI owners).

Please contact Andy@dna-detailing.co.uk for further details. Please note we have to account for fuel costs and these are in addition to the base price. All costs are quoted on an individual basis, 50p per mile when outside of a 20 mile radius of CM0.

Thanks,

Andy
