Hi everyone having some major problems with SC Parts LTD

I orded some parts back in february about the 13th maybe before, (but money came out on 20th)

Crossmember
Half floor RH
Half Floor LH
Sill Genuine RH
Sill Genuine LH

anyway some parts came 28th

NO Crossmember, i gave them a bell and they said its on its way!!

in the mean while i had to send back the sills as they where already on
the floor panels so didn't need the but on the day off me going to send them
back a parcel comes (person signs for it in shop) but its not for me,
so give them a ring and they want me to send it back to them even tho its not mine!!
But being kind put it in my stuff and send it off!!

nearly two months later 10th of april the crossmeber got to me!!!

but it turns out to be the wrong one shape tunnel after telling them what one i wanted
they said no for the year or the mini u want this shape

so i phoned them on the 26th april and they said no problem got one in send it out
be with u monday-tuesday and guess what never got it!!

phoned them yet agin gave me another day wednesday-thursday, yet again never got it

so on friday spoke to the manger and he said we will be getting it tuesday and it will be
with me wednesday, never got it was out yesterday so couldn't ring them

SO today talked to them again (manger not in) ok will find out where it is please hold.....

ok its with the courers and you should get it soon, so i asked for a traking number, he said
ok i will ring u back and let u know the details (this was at 10:30am)

4:55 never got a phone call so i called them, ok let me get the number for u
its :1Z1X115Y6842T1T with UPS, and u never guess what!!!

THERE IS NO SUCH NUMBER!!!


WHAT CAN I DO NEXT

im think off going all the way to gatwick to talk to them with all the other
parts and trying to get my money back, but whats the chances of that working!!!!!

Give the number time to get into the system mate.
They may well have pre filled forms/numbers and they are giving you the number from the parcel they are about to send.

It seems that left is not talking to right and its been left untill the last minute to send it.
If the number does not work in the system after 6pm monday give them a bell and mention "trading standards" not as a threat tho just drop it into conversation some how.
