Default DNA Detailing - A Brief History

Well...

Back in 2005 I found myself being asked to clean cars for friends and family. Evidently i must have been fairly good as they kept asking! As more and more requests came in i thought i could take this and offer it to others. That was when DNA Valeting was born. I first started out advertising on the Fiesta Zetec S Owners Club, hitting the show scene and generally pimping myself to wherever the work came from.

After this stage i found the love was diminishing so i had to change something quickly. The pressure of having a set amount of cars to wash during a specified time turned the cleaning into a chore, i decided that it would be much better to disregard the time element and concentrate on getting the best possible result from the car. This was the beginning of DNA Detailing in 2006!!!

As time progressed and my skills grew, i found my attention to detail growing as well, this meant more time taken on each detail! After a few 14-30 hour details i thought it must be time to get some help...up steps Mr Paul Plumb in 2008. From the partnership we can guarantee a high level of attention to detail without being restricted to time (it still doesn't stop us hitting the odd 14 hour day).

Our years have been mixed, with personal circumstances and economic difficulties being thrown at us, but here we are.
This year i predict to be a strong year for us with the ambitions of a complete new branding, marketing campaign and hopefully, towards the end of the year, our own premises. There are developments and diversifications in the pipeline which should make for some interesting results!

Thanks,

Andy
