I used to use the AutoGlym product on mine every few months, worked a treat

A very very diluted shampoo now and again won't hurt, along with a gentle vacuum when dry with a clean dusting brush, and also one of those lint rollers from the dry cleaners is useful if you get a lot of grass seeds or bits from trees on it.
