You won't be able to put the 3 piece dash on a 5 piece I'm afraid, the passenger airbag pops out the front of the 5 piece dash, whereas on the 3 piece it comes out of the top.
However the xenons are a straight swap, maybe try 1320mini?
Another good little mod to make the front look newer is to buy the chrome surround from the dealer from a facelift car, the facelift version doesn't have the little ridge around and that makes the front look much better! Only about £20 too!
