Had a meeting with Sarah Cole-Edwards of Elms MINI today to discuss how both MCUK and Elms can move forward in support of one another.

As you will all notice, Elms Stansted have a designated sub-forum on our site, this will now be changed over to Elms MINI and will encompass their Cambridge, Stansted and Bedford dealerships. Instead of the forum heading taking you to the Stansted dealership, this will soon be amended to direct you to the main Elms MINI site.

Part of the discussion was to see how Elms can help provide offers for our paid club members. As a result of this meeting, each new/renewed club member will receive a 'Chrome Service Club' voucher booklet containing vouchers for;
x1 10% discount of MINI Accessories
x3 Complimentary MOT tests
x1 20% discount on MINI Servicing
x1 10% discount on Lifestyle products
x2 Annual Routine Maintenance checks
x1 Recommend a friend to buy a new/used MINI and receive £100
x1 Voucher for a full Valet (RRP £70)

There are T&C's applicable to each of these vouchers which is enforced by ELMS but, from MCUK's perspective, these voucher booklets are only available to paid up members and redemable upon presentation of a valid membership card! So, for £10 per annum, you're getting a hell of a deal!

Elms have also been left with a number of fliers for their own distribution, they will also soon be set up with their own user account to monitor their section on the forum.

As we move forward, we'll also be looking into planning events with Elms, i.e. open evenings, venue for club AGM etc...we'll keep you up to date of these as they arise!
