Window not opening!

Hiya, my 2004 MINI has a little problem. Her drivers side window won't open. I reset the windows by pushing up the toggle switch for a few seconds but no luck. There is no noise ether to indicate I have pushed the toggle switch. It also won't pop up and down again when shutting the door. Drivers side window is fine.

Could it be the fuse gone? I have located the fuses for it, how do you get them out?

I hardly ever open the windows, but I do need to open the door, anyone got a fix for this problem?
