The ride isnt as good as it could be but as long as you stick to no more than 30mm drop you should be ok (unless you go with coilovers). Your shocks and bushes will wear faster than normal- when changing my wishbone bushes on Friday the old bushes just fell out...
Im now running JCW suspension kit with uprated wishbone bushes and its simply superb!!
I got rid of my springs as the ride became too bad for my daily use - although a broken front spring didnt help with handling!!!!
